Le Roux’s Method Cap Classique (MCC) wines, including Pinot Noir, Pinot Noir Rose, Brut, La Vallee and La Vallee Rose are perfectly matched with a range of bespoke confectionary from Roses Handmade. This delectable and delicious range of nougat has been specially developed to celebrate the unique nose and flavours of the bubblies.
You can look forward to pairing the Pinot Noir with a nougat infusion of orange rind and almond coated in dark chocolate and the Pinot Noir Rose, complimented by cranberry nougat coated in white chocolate, to name just two.
