Featured Dish: Chicken Lollipop. The chicken lollipop is made using the flavourful leg & thigh meat that has been cooked in stock, then flaked off the bone and mixed with onion, garlic and fresh herbs. It is rolled into a ball around the bigger leg bone and served with a grilled breast with crushed baby potatoes, peas, butter and mint. The dish is finished with crispy chicken skin and slow-cooked jus.
