Save the date, our next Winemaker’s Table dinner is on the 4th of June 2016.
The next culinary feast in our highly-anticipated series is prepared by the well-known private chef, and creator of One Ingredient and Private Kitchen, Matt Manning. Served in the historic Manor House, each course will be paired with a wine selected by our Cellar Master, Niel Bester.
The Mushroom Menu:
Canapés – Wild Mushrooms on Porcini Brioche with Sauce Béarnaise
Amuse – Miso Glazed Pork Cheek, Soy Pickled Shiitake, Braised Parsnip, Golden Delicious and Prune
Starter – The Ultimate Mushroom Risotto
Main Course – Pine Smoked Karoo Lamb, Wild Mushroom and Dune Spinach Fricassee, Cauliflower, Wild Garlic and Salsa Verde
Dessert – Hazelnut Praline, Porcini Frozen Yoghurt, Dark Chocolate
R595 per person for a 5 course dinner including wines.
