Plaisir de Merle’s famous wine maker’s table will be hosted on 17 October, 2015 in the beautifully restored manor house. Chef Rudi Liebenberg, from The Belmond Mount Nelson Hotel, will share his expansive expertise during this intimate event.
Cellar Master, Niel Bester will present two tank sampled wines, which brings a new twist to food and wine pairing. The two wines are: 2015 un-wooded Chardonnay and 2014 Petit Verdot. The other varietals that will be paired with, will all be young vintages.
