A visit to the iconic Nederburg wine farm in the beautiful Paarl Valley is sure to be memorable. The Red Table restaurant, situated in the historic Nederburg Manor House, enjoys both beautiful views over the Paarl Mountains or cosy, by-the-fire dining inside this National Monument. Chef Edmore Ruzozo, who enjoys meeting his guests, has put together a delicious selection of dishes for the winter menu, which can be viewed here.
Featured Dish: Slowly braised beef short rib, served with mushroom risotto, fresh greens and topped with a red wine jus @ R145. Wine selection: Wine Master’s Cabernet Sauvignon.
Opening times: Unfortunately the restaurant is closed from 3 July until 31 July for their winter break, but will be open again 6 days a week from 2 August.
